Hi, I’m Arie Forma
Arie Forma is an American director, screenwriter, and producer currently residing in South Florida.
Influenced by the narrative brilliance of Vince Gilligan's Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul, Forma's cinematic approach juxtaposes raw emotion with gripping tension, highlighting themes of familial bonds, romantic entanglements, the nuances of faith, and inner battles with one’s self.
In May 2024, he graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Film.
His debut film, Through Rose Colored Lenses, garnered high accolades, earning the Best Cinematography award at the FEEDBACK: Romance and Relationships Film Festival, along with five additional acceptances into film festivals across Central Florida.
His second film, The Shepherd, is currently in its festival run, as he begins pre-production for his next projects.
Beyond filmmaking, Forma is a skilled self-taught musician in guitar, piano, and drums.
Outside of work, he can be found at local drum circles, watching the sunrise at the beach, and spending time with his family.
